Company Description GreenCirkit Pvt. Ltd. is building certified, auditable recycled-material supply chains to help FMCG brands meet their recycled-content and compliance targets. Founded and led by IIT alumni, the company blends strong on-ground execution with a long-term vision for scalable, compliant recycling systems. GreenCirkit is developing an integrated platform that offers high-quality HDPE recycled granules alongside end-to-end EPR compliance solutions. This combination enables brands and PIBOs to achieve sustainability goals with traceability, regulatory clarity, and confidence. The company is currently in a pre-operational phase, finalizing machinery, digital platforms, and ecosystem partnerships, creating a high-impact environment for early team members.
Role Description The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships for GreenCirkit. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing the go-to-market strategy, building and managing a sales pipeline, and driving enterprise sales to FMCG brands, PIBOs, and other key stakeholders. The role involves leading account management efforts, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring strong customer retention and satisfaction. The Head of Sales and Business Development will hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, set targets and KPIs, and closely collaborate with operations, product, and compliance teams to align offerings with market needs. The leader will also track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to refine sales strategies and inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Experience in Account Management, including nurturing key accounts, driving renewals, and expanding business with existing clients.
- Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a collaborative sales culture.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in sustainability, recycling, packaging, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable, especially in EPR or compliance-driven businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-changing environment, with a hands-on approach to building processes from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
