Lead the Sales & Marketing function to achieve sustainable business growth by expanding the Business-to-Business network, increasing market share, strengthening the brand, and delivering profitable revenue across India.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy
v Develop annual and quarterly sales & marketing strategies.
v Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and business plans.
v Identify new markets, states, and business opportunities.
v Drive sustainable revenue and profitability.
2. Sales Management
v Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
v Build and manage corporate clients, manufacturers, traders and channel partners
v Develop state-wise sales plans and monitor execution.
v Improve product placement and market penetration.
v Ensure timely collections and healthy receivables.
3. Marketing Management
v Develop branding and promotional campaigns.
v Plan product launches and market activation programs.
v Manage exhibitions, Client meetings and demonstrations.
v Coordinate digital marketing, print media, and social media activities.
v Strengthen the Sathyam Kissan Care brand across all markets.
4. Team Leadership
v Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales teams.
v Set KPIs and KRAs for Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Executives.
v Conduct regular review meetings and coaching sessions.
v Build a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture.
5. Channel Development
v Develop and expand the B2B sales network by identifying and appointing corporate clients, manufacturers, traders and channel partners.
v Build and maintain strong business relationships with corporate customers, manufacturers, traders, and key channel partners to drive long-term business growth.
v Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets and customer segments.
v Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and business agreements with corporate clients and channel partners.
6. Customer Relationship Management
v Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, manufacturers, traders and channel partners.
v Handle key customer negotiations.
v Resolve customer complaints promptly.

v Work with the R&D team on new product development.

Qualification
Ø MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Agri Business Management) / B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent.
Ø 12–15 years of experience in the Agri-input industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Ø Experience in fertilizers, biologicals, crop nutrition, crop protection, or allied agricultural products.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
