Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the organization's digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
The candidate will manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, website content, online promotions, email marketing, and digital communication while monitoring campaign performance and preparing regular reports.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
- Manage the organization's social media presence and online brand image.
- Create and publish engaging digital content including posts, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Research current digital marketing trends and identify new promotional opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Manage platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Prepare social media calendars and schedule regular posts.
- Develop engaging captions, creative content, hashtags, and campaign ideas.
- Monitor comments, messages, audience engagement, and online feedback.
- Increase organic reach, followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, video editors, and content creators when required.
Content Marketing
- Develop content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and digital promotions.
- Write clear and engaging marketing copy for different target audiences.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional videos, graphics, infographics, and other digital assets.
- Ensure all content is accurate, professional, and aligned with organizational branding.
Paid Advertising
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Assist in developing campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and creatives.
- Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Track leads, conversions, engagement, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
Website & SEO
- Coordinate website content updates and ensure information remains accurate and current.
- Support basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO-friendly content creation.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and visitor engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and lead generation.
Lead Generation & Online Promotion
- Develop digital campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage online enquiries and coordinate leads with the concerned sales/business development team.
- Maintain digital lead databases and track lead status.
- Support online promotions for products, services, projects, events, and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital marketing performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation.
- Identify successful campaigns and areas requiring improvement.
- Provide recommendations to management based on campaign data.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, or a related role is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant digital marketing certifications or practical experience may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Basic video editing skills will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
