Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition for the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong sales teams, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, especially for sales and real estate profiles.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, operations, and management roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to close positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
- Organize walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment activities.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance systems.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Set hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- Train junior HR executives on recruitment processes and interview handling.
Required Skills

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
