About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller – Lead Generation to support our business development efforts by identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads for recruitment and staffing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience in B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers across industries.
- Understand client hiring requirements and staffing needs.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and daily calling reports.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target companies.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in a Recruitment, Staffing, HR Consulting, or B2B Services company is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience generating leads for Recruitment, Staffing, RPO, Executive Search, or HR Consulting services.
- Strong understanding of client acquisition and lead nurturing processes.
- Ability to engage with senior-level professionals and decision-makers.
