We are looking for an experienced Front Office Associate to manage guest interactions, support front desk operations, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a professional approach to hospitality services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Manage room reservations and update guest records
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Front Office Operations
- Good communication skills in English
