Job Summary
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing onsite/Hybrid social media accounts, teams, and client relationships. This role involves handling end-to-end social media operations from the Srinagar.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise social media teams managing multiple client accounts
- Maintain direct communication with clients for planning, reviews, and escalations
- Coordinate onsite with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure smooth execution
- Review campaign performance metrics and prepare structured reports
- Support account planning discussions related to renewals and long-term retention
- Assist in commercial discussions related to project scope and account continuity
- Ensure team discipline, quality standards, and timely project delivery
