Are you passionate on working with data and creating visually interactive reports and presentations? The role involves working with Real Estate Services (RES) leadership team and supporting them in strategic priorities/initiatives in line with function’s overall business objectives.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Real Estate Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Extracting, cleaning, and synthesizing data to produce reports and presentations that support real estate strategy and decision-making.
- Building customized analyses and leadership-ready materials, including summit presentations, reporting packs, and space planning insights.
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, team site content, and recurring reporting documentation.
- Partnering with stakeholders across Real Estate Services, Information Technology, Talent, and other teams to gather inputs and support deliverables.
- Using approved generative artificial intelligence tools and Power Automate to support research, workflow automation, data synthesis, and executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree
- 3-7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company or stakeholder group
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint experience
- Experience using Power Automate to design, build, and manage workflows
- Experience using enterprise-approved generative artificial intelligence tools for research, summarization, presentation development, insight generation, or task automation
- Experience applying responsible artificial intelligence practices, including output validation, confidentiality handling, and human review
Preferred:
- Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or macros
- Experience with Python or Java
- Experience developing prompt-based workflows for business requirements
- Experience configuring artificial intelligence agents or multi-step automation workflows
