Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Academic Counsellors. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students, explain available courses, assist with the admission process, and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course features, fees, and admission procedures.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
Eligibility
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
