Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil and interior fit-out works at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams for timely execution.
- Ensure proper quality checks and successful project handover.
Requirements
- Candidate must have experince in Workplace.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out and civil project execution in workplace
- Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and site teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Joining: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
