Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven US Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in the logistics/dispatch domain. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, capable of generating business from US-based clients, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling in the US market (Carriers / Owner-Operators / Freight Companies)
- Pitch dispatch services and convert leads into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable dispatch solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Collaborate with the operations/dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US sales within the logistics/dispatch industry
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion
- Strong communication skills in English and Punjabi (both verbal and written)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of US logistics, trucking, and dispatch operations
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings)
