We are looking for a Google Ads Optimization Specialist to manage and improve paid advertising campaigns for better performance and ROI. This role is open to freshers with basic Google Ads knowledge and candidates with 6 months or more experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve conversions and ROI.
- Perform keyword research and manage negative keywords.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust bids and budgets.
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, and campaign efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.
Requirements:
- Fresher with basic knowledge of Google Ads OR 6 months+ experience in paid ads.
- Understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
