Quality Inspection Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components. Verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish as per engineering drawings. Conduct visual inspection before and after Plasma Spray/HVOF coating. Measure coating thickness, surface roughness, hardness, and other quality parameters. Ensure product quality before dispatch. Process Quality Control Monitor grit blasting, machining, grinding, and plasma spray processes. Ensure production follows approved Quality Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions. Identify defects such as peeling, cracks, porosity, delamination, and coating inconsistencies. Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and recommend Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA). Documentation & Quality System Prepare Inspection Reports, Final Inspection Reports (FIR), Material Test Certificates (MTC), and Quality Records. Maintain inspection records and traceability documentation. Support ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System documentation and internal audits. Ensure calibration records of measuring instruments are maintained. Measuring Instruments Use precision measuring instruments including: o Vernier Caliper o Micrometer o Height Gauge o Bore Gauge o Dial Gauge o Surface Roughness Tester o Coating Thickness Gauge o Hardness Tester
