We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager – PEB Fabrication to oversee and manage fabrication operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) fabrication, production planning, manpower handling, quality control, and dispatch coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day PEB fabrication production activities
- Plan production schedules and monitor fabrication progress
- Supervise welding, cutting, assembly, and finishing operations
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams
- Monitor raw material usage and reduce production wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Handle manpower allocation and shop floor supervision
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports
- Maintain machine efficiency and coordinate maintenance activities
- Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldPreferred Skills
- Experience in heavy steel fabrication
- Familiarity with ERP / production tracking systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
