Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be confident in handling customer inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and occasionally meeting clients to support the sales process.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain the company's interior design services and convert leads into appointments.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings between clients and the design team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Occasionally visit clients for meetings and assist in converting leads into sales.
- Update CRM or lead management records regularly.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Relationship Executive.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Modular Kitchen, Home Décor, Real Estate, or Construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Tamil language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for occasional client visits.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹8,863.49 - ₹29,045.63 per month
