Credfoods operates multiple restaurant brands across South India, delivering high-quality, consistent food experiences. We are looking for an experienced R&D & Process Standardisation Manager to build and drive our kitchen standardisation function across all brands.
This is a process-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys improving kitchen operations, recipe documentation, food costing, and production efficiency—not just creating new dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized recipe cards for all menu items.
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and calculate theoretical food cost for each recipe.
- Conduct yield testing and define standard portion sizes.
- Design and implement SOPs for recipe execution, production, storage, wastage, and spoilage control.
- Build daily and weekly trackers for food cost, yield, wastage, and production variance.
- Conduct time-motion studies to improve kitchen productivity and service speed.
- Train kitchen teams on recipe adherence, portion control, and production standards.
- Work closely with Operations, Purchase, Stores, Finance, and Kitchen teams to improve consistency across outlets.
- Conduct regular process audits and recommend continuous improvements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
