We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chief Dietitian to lead and manage the clinical nutrition and dietetics department. The candidate will be responsible for planning therapeutic diets, supervising dietitians, ensuring quality nutritional care for patients, and coordinating with doctors and nursing teams for patient diet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Dietetics Department.
- Plan and monitor therapeutic diets for IPD/OPD patients.
- Provide nutritional counseling to patients and attendants.
- Coordinate with doctors for patient dietary requirements.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and dietary compliance.
- Train and guide junior dietitians and kitchen staff.
- Maintain diet records, reports, and compliance standards.
- Monitor patient satisfaction related to dietary services.
Requirements:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics/Nutrition.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant hospital experience.
- Strong leadership and patient counseling skills.
- Experience in NABH hospital standards preferred.
