We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive Counsellor cum Floor Manager to ensure an exceptional patient experience while efficiently managing day-to-day clinic operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Counselling
- Welcome patients and provide professional consultation regarding dermatology, aesthetic, and wellness treatments.
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable treatment plans as advised by doctors.
- Clearly explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, benefits, and expected outcomes.
- Address patient queries, build trust, and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective and existing patients to improve treatment conversions and retention.
Floor Management
- Oversee the daily functioning of the clinic floor to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, and treatment schedules with doctors and therapists.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to operational protocols and service standards.
- Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the clinic maintains excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambience.
Operations & Administration
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and support staff for seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation reports, and treatment documentation.
- Prepare daily operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in achieving monthly revenue and patient conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in patient counselling, clinic coordination, customer relationship management, or healthcare operations.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare is highly preferred.
