The Design & Creative Coordination Executive will be responsible for coordinating all creative and branding requirements between schools, external design consultants, and the in-house graphic design team. The role ensures timely planning, execution, review follow up, approval follow up, printing, and delivery of all marketing and branding materials as per the annual school event calendar and business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a school environment and possess a good understanding of school operations, academic schedules, event planning, and the critical timelines associated with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination
- Maintain and track the annual school event calendar for all assigned schools.
- Collect branding and creative requirements from schools well in advance of planned events.
- Prepare detailed creative briefs with timelines, content requirements, dimensions, and delivery expectations.
- Prioritize design requests based on business requirements and agreed timelines.
Consultant Coordination
- Share creative briefs with the external design consultant.
- Coordinate with the consultant to ensure timely submission of design concepts and revisions.
- Clarify feedback, resolve queries, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Track turnaround times and follow up regularly to avoid delays.
Internal Design Coordination
- Coordinate with the in-house graphic design team for review and quality checks.
- Consolidate feedback from stakeholders and communicate revisions to the consultant.
- Ensure all approvals are obtained before finalization.
- Maintain version control of artwork and creative files.
Production & Delivery
- Coordinate with the in-house production/printing team for printing and fabrication of approved designs.
- Ensure artwork specifications are print-ready.
- Track printing schedules and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate dispatch of printed materials to schools and other locations as required.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact between schools, consultants, and the internal creative team.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Escalate delays or bottlenecks proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a tracker for all design requests, approvals, revisions, printing status, and deliveries.
- Archive approved creatives and maintain organized documentation.
- Generate periodic reports on project status, turnaround times, and pending activities.

Qualification
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, creative project coordination, branding, advertising agency coordination, or project management.
- Experience coordinating with graphic designers, printers, agencies, or marketing teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
