Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and highly driven Sales Outreach Executive to lead multi-channel outbound outreach into the US market on behalf of our clients. As the first point of contact for prospective business customers, you will initiate conversations through calls, emails, and social media outreach, nurturing prospects and moving qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on outreach role for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, are comfortable speaking with US-based audiences, and can craft personalized, high-converting communication across multiple channels. The role requires working in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Outbound Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses across the US market, introducing offerings and driving meaningful business conversations.
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns tailored to prospective clients and business segments.
- Engage prospects through social media direct messaging platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Adapt communication style, tone, and messaging based on audience personas and industries.
2. Outreach Strategy & Sequencing
- Build and manage structured outreach cadences across calls, emails, and social touchpoints.
- Develop personalized follow-up sequences to maintain engagement and improve response rates.
- Continuously optimize messaging and communication strategies based on campaign performance and prospect behaviour.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all outreach channels.
3. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Qualify prospects by identifying business fit, intent, and potential opportunities.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain engaging conversations throughout the outreach journey.
- Move qualified leads to the next stage by scheduling meetings or handoffs to the sales team.
- Manage multiple prospect conversations simultaneously while maintaining high follow-through.
4. CRM & Data Management
- Accurately log all calls, emails, conversations, and outcomes within the CRM platform.
- Maintain clean and updated prospect records and pipeline data.
- Ensure adherence to opt-out requests and communication compliance standards.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track outreach KPIs including call connect rates, email responses, qualified conversations, and conversion metrics.
- Identify gaps in outreach effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Consistently achieve weekly activity and qualified lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, lead generation, tele calling, or international voice processes.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
- Strong written English skills with exceptional grammar, tone, and personalization abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with US-based customers and handling outbound conversations.
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple prospects and outreach activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email tools, and social media platforms in a professional setting.
Good to Have
- Prior experience working with US clients or international markets.
- Experience in BPO, international sales, tele calling, or lead generation environments.
- Familiarity with cold emailing, social selling, and multi-touch outreach strategies.
- Experience using CRM and outreach tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and pipeline management.
