Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage reception activities and ensure a positive experience for visitors, patients, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and facilities.
- Maintain front office registers, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Manage courier services, incoming mails, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Customer Service, or Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organised administration work with patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, or corporate offices will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
