Job Overview:
MK Cleanroom Project Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant Head – Cleanroom Projects & Operations to lead our Hyderabad operations and manage end-to-end execution of cleanroom and related industrial projects.
The candidate will be responsible for overall operational management, project execution, manpower, materials, quality, productivity, client coordination and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall cleanroom project operations and execution.
- Manage cleanroom projects from planning and fabrication/production through site installation and handover.
- Coordinate cleanroom panels, ceiling systems, doors, flooring and other cleanroom-related works.
- Coordinate with HVAC, MEP and other project teams for integrated project execution.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
- Monitor project schedules, productivity and execution progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Purchase and Stores teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination between factory/plant operations and project sites.
- Monitor installation quality, finishing and cleanroom-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for technical and execution-related matters.
- Monitor material planning, procurement requirements and inventory.
- Control material wastage, rework, labour productivity and project execution costs.
- Ensure compliance with company, client and HSE requirements.
- Review project progress and submit regular reports to senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Support testing, commissioning, inspection and project handover activities.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with strong experience in Cleanroom Projects, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Semiconductor, Electronics, Industrial Facilities, HVAC or MEP projects will be preferred.
Experience in handling large project teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of cleanroom project execution, planning, quality, coordination and commercial aspects will be preferred.
