Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Interior & Exterior Designer / Visualizer to join our team full-time at our office. In this role, you will be responsible for translating architectural concepts, floor plans, and design ideas into highly realistic, visually stunning 3D renderings and animations for both residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of spatial design, and mastery over industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Location: Work from Office [Calicut , Palazhi]
- Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and photo-realistic 3D models and renderings for both interior spaces and building exteriors.
- Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sketches to develop accurate digital environments.
- Select and apply realistic textures, lighting, materials, and furnishings to match project specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to refine designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visualizer (An impressive portfolio is a must).
- Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptop capable of handling heavy 3D rendering and modeling workloads.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.
- Skills: Strong understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and architectural scale.
