We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Team Leader to lead, mentor, and support our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily team activities, ensuring effective lead conversion, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead management to ensure maximum conversions.
- Assign and distribute leads effectively while tracking team performance and productivity.
- Assist team members in handling client queries, negotiations, and closing high-value property deals.
- Call potential leads to introduce property listings and new projects whenever required.
- Qualify leads by identifying client requirements, investment goals, and purchase readiness.
- Schedule and oversee client meetings, property site visits, and consultations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of lead information, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share performance insights with management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and contribute to achieving overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire team members to deliver high performance.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours and attend client meetings and site visits as required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
