Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Placement Coordinator & Content Creator who can manage student placements while creating engaging digital content to promote our courses, student success stories, and institute activities.
This role combines placement coordination, employer relationship management, and digital content creation to strengthen both student career opportunities and the institute's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Placement Coordination
- Coordinate placement activities for students across various courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and HR recruiters.
- Identify internship and job opportunities for students.
- Schedule interviews, placement drives, and campus recruitment activities.
- Prepare students for interviews through resume reviews and basic interview guidance.
- Track student placements and maintain placement records.
- Follow up with recruiters regarding interview results and hiring status
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Capture photos and videos of classrooms, events, workshops, and student activities.
- Create short promotional videos and reels using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
- Coordinate with the design team for marketing creatives.
Eligibility
- Recent graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Passion for recruitment, student engagement, and digital content creation.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
