About the Role
We are looking for an all-rounder Content Creator and Strategist who understands Instagram deeply and can identify what makes content perform.
This role is heavily focused on content research, ideation, strategy, and scriptwriting. You will study what is currently working across different industries, understand the structure and psychology behind successful content, and adapt those insights into original content ideas for clients.
You will also be expected to use AI tools effectively for content research, ideation, scripting, creative development, and improving workflows. Strong prompt-writing skills and the ability to guide AI tools toward useful, original, brand-specific outputs will be an important part of the role.
You will be involved throughout the content process, from researching trends and writing scripts to supervising shoots and ensuring the final edit is executed correctly.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Research and Trend Analysis
- Research Instagram reels, creators, influencers, brands, podcasts, and trending content formats.
- Study content across multiple industries.
- Identify emerging trends, strong hooks, storytelling styles, editing patterns, and viral content structures.
- Understand why content performs instead of simply copying ideas.
- Maintain organized content references.
- Use AI tools to speed up research and identify creative opportunities.
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop monthly reel ideas for multiple clients.
- Align ideas with audience, brand voice, and business goals.
- Decide suitable content formats such as reels, carousels, stories, static posts, and advertisements.
- Contribute to overall content strategy.
- Create original and repeatable content formats.
- Balance educational, entertaining, authority-building, and conversion-focused content.
- Use AI responsibly while maintaining originality.
Scriptwriting
- Write engaging short-form video scripts.
- Create compelling hooks.
- Structure scripts with a natural flow.
- Adapt writing styles based on audience and industry.
- Develop performance marketing scripts.
- Improve scripts based on feedback and insights.
- Use AI for brainstorming and script enhancement.
AI Tools & Prompt Writing
- Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Higgsfield, and other AI tools for research and content creation.
- Write structured prompts.
- Provide proper context and objectives to AI.
- Refine prompts for high-quality outputs.
- Fact-check AI-generated information.
- Improve generic AI outputs.
- Build reusable prompt frameworks.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools.
Performance Marketing Content
- Research Meta Ads Library.
- Analyze successful advertisements.
- Create ad concepts and scripts.
- Work with performance marketing teams.
- Generate multiple creative variations.
Shoot Planning & Execution
- Convert scripts into shoot plans.
- Brief clients, editors, and videographers.
- Supervise shoots.
- Guide creators during recording.
- Ensure the final output matches the original strategy.
- Be comfortable appearing in videos when required.
Editing & Creative Supervision
- Guide editors on pacing, visuals, transitions, and storytelling.
- Review edits and provide feedback.
- Ensure consistency across all content.
- Handle quick edits when needed.
- Use AI-assisted editing tools where beneficial.
Canva & Design
- Create or guide the creation of social media creatives.
- Understand typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency.
- Use Canva confidently.
- Review designs and provide creative feedback.
- Utilize Canva AI when appropriate.
Page & Content Management
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor content performance.
- Implement client feedback.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of Instagram content.
- Excellent research and ideation skills.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability.
- Ability to write across multiple industries.
- Experience analyzing content performance.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools.
- Excellent prompt-writing skills.
- Ability to improve AI-generated content.
- Understanding of AI ethics and fact-checking.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Basic video editing knowledge.
- Understanding of short-form video production.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable supervising shoots.
- Comfortable appearing in videos when required.
- Good command of English; Hindi/Hinglish is a plus.
- Ability to accept and implement feedback quickly.

- Experience at a social media agency, production house, or digital marketing agency.
- Experience writing Instagram reel scripts.
