Position: Mother Teacher
Grades: PP1 to Grade V / Primary Section
Department: Academics
Reporting To: Principal / Academic Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher to handle primary students and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for the overall academic, emotional, and behavioural development of students while ensuring effective classroom management and student participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage the assigned class as a Mother Teacher.
- Teach core subjects as per the curriculum and school guidelines.
- Create a positive, child-friendly, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Monitor students’ academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials.
- Maintain student attendance, records, portfolios, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and concerns.
- Support students in social, emotional, and moral development.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with subject teachers and school management for student development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Education background preferred).
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. preferred.
- Experience in handling primary classes is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
