Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Engineer (Mechanical)
Location: Pune
CTC: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 3–6 years in Industrial Sales
- Experience in Boiler Industry or related industries such as Steam Systems, Burners, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Valves, Process Equipment, HVAC, or Industrial Machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell industrial boilers and related mechanical equipment.
- Manage existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.
Required Skills:
- Strong B2B industrial sales experience.
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
