Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Space on Hire (SOH) Executive based in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and maximizing revenue from promotional spaces, kiosks, exhibitions, branding opportunities, and other temporary leasing activities within the mall. The role includes identifying business opportunities, coordinating with clients and vendors, maintaining occupancy of SOH spaces, ensuring timely documentation, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the mall's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Space on Hire (SOH), kiosks, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with prospective clients, brands, agencies, and vendors regarding space availability, pricing, and booking procedures.
- Ensure maximum occupancy and revenue generation from all SOH locations within the mall.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements, and maintain all SOH-related documentation.
- Monitor the setup and dismantling of kiosks, promotional events, and branding installations to ensure compliance with mall guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, payments, contracts, and occupancy reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new brands, business partners, and promotional opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with mall policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements during all promotional activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on occupancy, revenue generation, client pipeline, and business performance.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
