Job Title: Hiring Specialist

Salary: 12K to 18K (+Incentives )
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition is preferred.
