Job Overview
Flywings Tour and Packages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of experience in travel sales, a proven record of achieving sales targets, and strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through walk-in clients, referrals, leads, calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings for holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, cruises, and other travel services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international travel solutions.
- Prepare customised quotations, itineraries, proposals, and travel packages.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly and close sales within the given timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.
- Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, visa, and supplier teams for smooth service delivery.
- Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, visa requirements, airline fares, hotel products, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive, Travel Consultant, Holiday Sales Executive, or similar role in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Proven sales record with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and travel services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare travel quotations and customised itineraries.
- Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, organised, and able to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and CRM/lead-management systems.
