Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
- Maintain visitor records and reception area
- Manage inward/outward courier and documents
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain office files and records
- Support HR and admin-related activities
- Handle emails and basic office communication
- Coordinate with different departments when required
- Maintain professional front office environment
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Professional behavior and presentation
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Any stream
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Front office/reception experience preferred
