Labour Arrangement and Coordination
- Recruit and hire skilled laborers directly, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Manage labor schedules, assignments, and timekeeping.
- Provide on-site training and supervision to ensure work quality and efficiency.
- Identify and collaborate with reliable labor contractors who can supply skilled workers for the project.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with labor contractors, including labor costs, work schedules, and job specifications.
- Monitor the performance of labor contractors to ensure they meet project standards and timelines.
- Determine the number of laborers needed for each phase of the project.
- Allocate tasks to laborers based on their skills and expertise.
- Ensure that there is an adequate supply of labor to avoid delays in the project timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, schedules, and resources required.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Ensure that the construction work complies with the project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Monitor site progress and ensure that milestones are achieved as per the plan.
- Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify any potential issues or deviations from plans.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers are aware of safety protocols.
- Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Provide solutions to any design or construction problems in consultation with the project team.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status to stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
