About the Role
Gyaana4All Academy is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in a dual-role position as an Art Teacher & Office Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching art while also possessing strong administrative and organizational skills to support the day-to-day operations of the academy.
The successful candidate will divide their responsibilities between conducting engaging art classes and ensuring smooth administrative functioning of the center.
Key ResponsibilitiesArt Teaching Responsibilities
- Conduct creative and engaging art classes for children and teenagers.
- Teach drawing, sketching, coloring, painting, craft work, and other art techniques.
- Develop lesson plans and age-appropriate art projects.
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and artistic development among students.
- Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and academy events.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents when required.
- Maintain classroom materials, supplies, and student artwork records.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-office and administrative operations.
- Handle student admissions, inquiries, registrations, and fee collection follow-ups.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and database updates.
- Coordinate class schedules, teacher timetables, and room allocations.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation.
- Communicate with parents regarding schedules, events, payments, and student updates.
- Support marketing activities, event coordination, and academy promotions.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the academy and assist management with operational tasks.
Event & Academy Support
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, annual events, workshops, and student showcases.
- Coordinate logistics for academy programs and special events.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for students and parents.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
