Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Clerical / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The role involves data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and assisting the team with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry in Excel, ERP, Tally, or internal systems.
Maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Prepare and update reports, summaries, and checklists as required.
Assist in follow-ups via email and phone for pending tasks or documents.
Handle inward/outward mail, scanning, photocopying, and document organization.
Support the team with clerical tasks such as printing, updating registers, and tracking logs.
Assist with basic material handling and maintenance of office inventory and supplies.
Coordinate with internal departments for sharing documents and information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Graduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA).
1–3 years of experience in clerical or admin work (freshers can also be considered).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of Tally / ERP (optional but preferred).
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Export documentation knowledge will be a plus point
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
