Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 6–8 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in international holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales of international holiday and tour packages.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide customized travel solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and travel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging travel destinations.
- Guide and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and supplier teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with a strong focus on international package sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development goals.
- Excellent knowledge of international destinations, visa procedures, and travel regulations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Travel & Tourism qualification will be an added advantage.
