About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Poultry Sales Manager to grow our sales network across Bangalore. You will handle sales, marketing, and franchise partner development in the poultry segment. This is a high-earning, performance-driven role with no cap on income.
Responsibilities
- Sell poultry products and services across Bangalore
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners and dealers
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, clients, and distributors
- Execute marketing and outreach activities to grow the brand
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up on leads
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (freshers can apply)
- Must be based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to do fieldwork within Bangalore
- Prior experience in poultry, agri, or FMCG is a plus
Preferred Languages
Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil (any one or more)
Salary & Compensation
- Purely commission-based — no fixed salary
- Earning potential: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month
- No earning cap — performance directly = income
