Job Description
Role Objective: We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester (Performance & Quality Engineer) to join our engineering team at our Noida . In this role, you will be responsible for improving product quality, release speed, and system performance by implementing automation strategies, validating APIs and workflows, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain robust Python-based automation testing frameworks.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter or Locust to ensure platform scalability.
- Perform deep API testing and validation using Postman or custom automation scripts.
- Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions).
- Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end release validation testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers and DevOps teams to identify system bottlenecks and ensure high-quality deployments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation.
- Core Language: Strong foundational knowledge of Manual Testing combined with solid Python automation scripting skills.
- Performance Testing: Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Locust.
- API Testing: Strong expertise in API validation using Postman or automation workflows.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Practical understanding of system scalability, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), and exposure to Docker or containerized environments.
