Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions (CRM tools)
- Attend industry events, meetings, and conferences to generate leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
