Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support interactions.
- Understand customer queries and provide clear solutions.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful communication style.
- Update customer details and interaction notes accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Follow company process, quality guidelines, and daily work targets.
