Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to drive successful transformation and user adoption across ServiceNow-enabled initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks, training programs, and readiness assessments to ensure successful business adoption and realization of project outcomes.
This role requires strong experience in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, and transformation programs within enterprise environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Change Management
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies to support ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and adoption risks.
- Create and implement change management plans aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Lead stakeholder management activities across business and technology teams.
- Build alignment and advocacy among leadership, project teams, and end users.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans tailored to various stakeholder groups.
Training & User Enablement
- Design and coordinate training programs and user enablement initiatives.
- Develop supporting training materials, user guides, and adoption resources.
- Drive user readiness and confidence in new processes and technologies.
Adoption & Readiness
- Facilitate workshops, change readiness assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Define and track adoption metrics and KPIs.
- Measure business impact and user adoption success.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with business and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote change management best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support long-term adoption and transformation sustainability.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience designing and delivering training and adoption programs.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, project teams, and end users.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on ServiceNow implementation or transformation programs.
- Change Management certifications (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
