Recruitment & Hiring Support
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates as per hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
- Support induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare joining documents and employee records.
- Ensure smooth employee joining formalities.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in attendance regularization and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for timely salary processing.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in employee communication initiatives.
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Update HR databases and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Performance Management Support
- Assist in maintaining employee KPI and appraisal records.
- Support managers during performance review processes.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
- Escalate concerns to senior HR when required.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training schedules and maintain records.
- Assist in organizing learning and development programs.
Compliance & HR Systems
- Support compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Maintain HR software and employee data accurately.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
