Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Admission Counsellor for a CBSE curriculum institution in Aurangabad. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process, guiding parents and students, and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads).
- Provide detailed information about the CBSE curriculum, courses, and school facilities.
- Counsel parents and students regarding admission procedures and academic offerings.
- Manage the complete admission cycle from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain and update student databases and admission records.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.
- Organize admission drives, school visits, and promotional events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle parents and students professionally.
