We offer one of the most complete, scalable, and user-friendly advanced patient monitoring platforms for hospitals. Our business focuses on delivering patient-centered technologies and data-driven methods into hospitals and healthcare organizations, providing health professionals with vital tools to improve care, increase clinical performance, ensure economic value, and enhance patient safety.
The company is promoted by two senior executives from the healthcare and IT fields with over 50 years of collective experience across IT functions and business leadership. Both are alumni of the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. After working with reputed Indian & American organizations, they have joined forces to establish this organization, aiming to bring technological advancements in monitoring that will become a rhythm of life.
Our solution is a wireless remote patient monitoring system with built-in predictive analytics and an early health warning system. It comprises the following components:
- Patient wearable sensors/devices: Advanced wireless devices that capture patient vitals and transmit them via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to a nearby tablet.
- Gateway: A Samsung Android tablet that consolidates data from all sensors/devices for a patient and sends it to a back-end server via Wi-Fi.
- Back-end application: A Windows Server (2012/2016 R2 server) based application that receives patient data from multiple gateways across wards and hospitals. It operates on an SQL or MySQL database.
The overall system is FDA and CE Class II approved and adheres to the latest security and healthcare industry standards like HL7/FHIR, etc.
We are seeking a candidate with a nursing, science, or biology background for the implementation and demonstration of our remote patient monitoring solution across various hospital care areas. The expected skills include:
- Understanding of patient care aspects / Flair for patient care
- Basic understanding of the hospital working environment
- Ability to work closely with clinicians and nursing staff in hospitals
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Smart freshers or individuals with one year of experience in any of the above areas, or any experience managing hospital, clinic, or lab operations, would be preferred. In the absence of this experience, candidates with a willingness to learn, energy to acquire new skills, and a passion for patient care can also be considered.
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Nursing, BSc/MSc in Science or any other healthcare stream, B.Tech/BE Biomedical.
We will provide comprehensive training on the clinical aspects of our solution. Upon completion of training, the candidate will be expected to fulfill the following role:
- Demonstrate our state-of-the-art solution in hospital clinical environments.
- Train hospital staff on the effective utilization of our product/solution.
- Manage operations related to our product for successful rollout and post-rollout support at hospital(s). This includes assisting nurses in initiating patient monitoring, troubleshooting issues during monitoring, and maintaining sensors and devices.
- Document key operational aspects and learnings derived from them.
Important: Note that this is not a remote job. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time in one or more hospitals to perform the above activities.
