We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our presence in the Smart Home and Enterprise Solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities for Smart Home Automation, Sub Metering & Billing Solutions, IoT Products, and Enterprise Technology Solutions.
- Identify and acquire new customers across residential, commercial, and enterprise segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, channel partners, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and solution consultations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts to close business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Smart Home Automation, Building Automation, Sub Metering & Billing Systems, IoT Solutions, AV Solutions, or Enterprise Technology Products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to independently manage large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development activities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Smart Home Automation, Home Security, Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Building Management Systems (BMS), Enterprise Automation, Energy Management Solutions, or related technology sectors.
- Established network among builders, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, facility management companies, and enterprise decision-makers.
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing technology organizations is preferred.
