About the Role
Bocxy Technologies Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive – ERP Functional Support to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations while supporting ERP implementation and business process activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance and will work closely with ERP Business Analysts to provide functional expertise on finance and accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounts
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and expense claims.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash and fund transactions.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory liabilities and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain statutory records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary financial information.
ERP Functional Support
- Collaborate with ERP Business Analysts to explain finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory business processes.
- Provide functional support on finance-related business requirements during ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Assist in mapping accounting workflows and business processes into ERP modules.
- Validate accounting transactions, taxation logic, and financial workflows during ERP testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by verifying finance and tax scenarios.
- Investigate and resolve finance-related issues reported during ERP implementation and post-go-live support.
- Assist in preparing functional documents, business process flows, test cases, and user documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure ERP finance modules comply with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, TallyPrime, or similar ERP/accounting software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and financial reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work closely with ERP Business Analysts and provide functional guidance on accounting processes, taxation, statutory compliance, and finance-related business rules.
- Knowledge of ERP finance modules and finance business workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementation, finance module support, or ERP testing (UAT).
