Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential international buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers
- Generate export leads through online portals, trade directories, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and B2B platforms
- Research target countries, market trends, competitor pricing, and product demand
- Maintain and update export lead databases regularly
Sales Coordination
- Handle export inquiries and coordinate with buyers professionally
- Share quotations, catalogs, product details, and samples with clients
- Follow up regularly with international prospects for order conversion
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, production, and dispatch updates
Export Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing export-related documents such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Invoice, LC documents, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics teams when required
Client Communication
- Build strong relationships with overseas customers
- Attend online meetings and international trade discussions
- Ensure timely communication and customer support
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Submit weekly reports on leads generated, inquiries handled, and conversion status
- Update CRM or Google Sheets with daily activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or International Business
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of export processes and international trade basics
- Strong internet research and lead generation skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
