Summary:
Amicco needs a Central Operations Manager to own the operating backbone of the business: SOPs, KPIs,dashboards, and the cross-functional machinery that keeps Tech, Logistics, Supply, Finance, Catalog, and Sales in sync. This is a build role, not a maintenance one — running two Central Ops teams (10–20 people) with direct founder access.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Own Central Operations end-to-end — from first-draft SOP to daily execution rigor.
– Build the operating cadence — KPIs, dashboards, and review rhythms that outlast any one
person’s memory.
– Hire, coach, and scale two Central Ops teams as the business grows.
– Be the connective tissue across Tech, Logistics, Supply, Finance, Catalog, and Sales — resolving
bottlenecks before they become fires.
– Partner directly with founders on the decisions that shape the business, not just report metrics
upward.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
