Key Requirements:
Prior sales experience in BPO or telecalling is mandatory
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Language Requirement:
English and Hindi – Mandatory
Gujarati and Marathi/Bengali languages preferred
Preferred Candidate:
Confident in handling customer conversations
Passionate about sales and achieving targets
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
