Position: Business Development Executive (Online Bidder)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday – 5 Days a Week)
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
*Generate leads through LinkedIn and other online channels.
* Draft customized proposals based on client requirements.
* Communicate with domestic and international clients.
*Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
*Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
*Maintain records of bids, proposals, and project status.
Requirements
✔ 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of bidding portals and proposal writing.
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
✔ Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
